I need help on downloading the app

I have set up my server to this program,it works great but when i go onto the website with my ipod click on the link part of download the app on the app store and when it loads and when it finishes it says this app is not in you region.I live in North America up north (not telling the state) and i was bummed. is there a way i can get around this and get it on my ipod? or is this just a waist of my time???
