Mine Control has stopped working error

When I start the server then stop it, whenever I try to start it again I get a "Mine Control has stopped working" error.
I am using Windows 7 with CraftBukkit

Hello - does the server work fine before all of this happens? Is it just after you try to stop and restart it?
