How do i add mods to my server? i dont know what folder to place them in or what i have to do...

You'd need to run a bukkit server. It's pretty easy to setup. Just download the craftbukkit file from here. It creates a folder called plugins that you can drop your mods into, as long as they're bukkit approved mods.
