Mac OS and Linux Servers
I am working on a "universal" server that will run on Windows, Mac, and Linux. I'm using Mono, so technically, any of the OSes supported by their client should work. To make the UI more universal, it'll be managed using web pages hosted by the Mine Control Server. That change is taking the most amount of time, but i think it'll be worth it. I'm going to sneak in server backup features in this update as well.

Re: Mac OS and Linux Servers
I am trying hard to get a "beta" version this Thursday (8/11) of the Mine Control server for Mac OS (and linux). I just need to clean up some of the item management screens (for editing blocks or turning them on and off) and then i think it'll be close enough to the current Windows version to let people start testing it. I've been using it to host the official Mine Control Minecraft server and I think I like it better than the Windows version
Re: Mac OS and Linux Servers
Version 1.1 for Mac OS is now available on the download page of the website!
